Initial discussion to understand customers' objectives and potential obstacles. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if requested by the customer.
Isolate the solid materials and analyze both dry and supernatant samples for micro and macro nutrients, as well as heavy metals. Use various chemical methods and processes to remove colloids. Test all relevant processes to eliminate contaminants from the digestate, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, including ammonia levels. Finally, report the results and outline best practices.
Produce samples of both dry and liquid fertilizers from your digestate. Develop budgets for the cost of goods sold (COGS) and capital expenditures (CAPEX) based on the production of these products using the appropriate lab equipment and chemistry.
